Author: Avery I have one of these, and wear it all the time. It's quiet enough to wear to work, but I really like the quality and the hardware. The only niggling thing about it (and it's minor) is that the metal loops only fit through about 80% of my pant loops, so I need to occasionally think carefully about how to wear it.

I have seen plenty of bondage belts, some quite fashionable, but most not very practical for everyday wear. This belt is different. It looks pretty much like a very plain, basic leather belt. A little bit of extra hardware, but it’s very subtle and completely inline with the belt. No O-rings or D-rings, or anything flashy or dangly to get snagged and hung up on in everyday wear. Adding to the convenience is the fact that this is a self-contained unit. The belt itself loops around into cuffs, so there is no need for any kind of attachments. You don’t need anything to go with this belt to use it as a bondage device, making it the perfect accessory for anyone who likes to be prepared for spontaneous sex in unlikely places.
I love this belt. It is quick and easy to use, and it makes for comfortable cuffs. It doubles nicely as a regular belt. It doesn’t have that cheap, novelty item look and feel. If your personal fetish requires escape-proof restraints, this might be a little on the lightweight side for you. It is not that difficult to slip out of, at least if you’re good at that kind of thing, but I think the convenience and portability of the item more than makes up for it. Not to mention the enticing nature of wearing it or knowing your partner is wearing it.

The belt is innocuous enough that I was able to wear it around campus, to class and ever around my family without anyone suspecting it was from the BDSM and fetish section of a sex toy website. It’s nice leather too. My only real problem was that the metal squares you see in the photo are a bit tough to fit through the belt loops of my jeans. It takes some maneuvering to pull it off. But it is possible.
Now using the belt as cuffs? Really easy. You just place hands accordingly, thread the leather over and through the loop, back through the next and you secure it with the buckle. Click on the photo above to see how it looks when used as cuffs.
I have no complaints in the least about this belt/cuffs thing. It’s damn convenient to have a wearable set of cuffs for any situation you might find yourself in. And no one, except perhaps a fellow pervert, would really assume the naughty uses for such a simple belt.
Overall, this gets a 10/10 in my book because it’s seriously very nearly perfect.

Author: Panda I thoroughly enjoy this belt... I think too much, since I'm not a hardcore BDSMer, I don't get much opportunity to use it... BUT, I like that I can have this item, and "boring" people just think it's a belt, and don't freak out about it.
That said, I do wish it "raised awareness" a little bit more in people who are tweeners, or more hardcore. Even experienced folks I meet didn't "get it" until I showed them, and honestly taking off your belt in public is always a bit awkward unless you're at an event.
Okay, so, I guess it it WERE possible to play with a more intricate/detailed design, in a premium version of this belt, that'd be more what I'm thinking of. It would still need to be function over form, but honestly I think most people don't get more into BDSM because it's maybe a little too black-and-black-stripe-on-black-background-with-black-polka-dot style stuff.
Yeah, clearly I'm not a core audience member, but still... Either some color (even silver/steel) running a little more along the length somehow, or if it were possible to have a more prominent buckle without harming the function... Something like that.
Finally, I have to say, very few of my pants have big enough loops for this to be easy-on. EVERYTHING will support this belt, though I feel like if I try to remove it too fast, I may bust a loop someday. Also, on one pair of red jeans, the belt black bled through a bit, leaving a tint when the belt was removed. Hasn't happened to any other pairs, but maybe the red just has a higher contrast. New belt, I should know better... It'll stop doing that over time, I'm sure.
Anyway, I guess I ust LOVE this idea, and generally love have "hidden" items, or secret functions in my clothes. Love love love that. But if there was a less "sceney" version of this belt, something where the belt would draw the eye, but still leave the true purpose unrevealed, that would be my 5-star purchase. As it is, with the belt loop issue, I have to dock a star for inconvenience, but it's nothing against the construction/stated purpose/attractiveness/etc of the belt as-is.
Basically, if you have "roughwear" pants, wear thick belts already, etc, this is definitely a must-add to the collection. For the pants it fits, it has become my daily wear belt, and I totally otherwise love it.
Thanks, Axovus!
Also, final word from me before I shut up (I can just see the doms and leatherdudes reading my review and starting to scream at the monitor, lol) - The guys at Axovus were VERY responsive. I had found when they listed the belt, the copy text was identical across belt sizes, which made it hard to figure out which one to pick. I emailed them, and they had it fixed, literally, within like 15 minutes. Not saying they are perfect, or always like that, but they were professional, friendly, and quick, which makes me want to buy from them again.
