Leather Unlined Thigh Cuffs. 2" wide thigh cuffs constructed out of high quality latigo leather with stainless steel buckles and Dee rings. Two Sizes Available Small size fits 14"-21" thigh, Large size fits 22"-29" thigh. Each cuff includes 2 Dee rings for different configurations.
